Mr. Mostafa possesses big 4 accounting firms experience with sound background in a wide spectrum of finance functions for various businesses, financial, and governmental organizations. Mr. Mostafa became the Transaction Services leader and the Head of Financial Advisory services of KPMG Egypt in April, 2000 until becoming a member of the practice board of partners. Mr. Mostafa worked on over 50 different deals, among them are; the privatization of Telecom Egypt, the acquisition of ABC by Heineken, the acquisition of Ole by Group Danone, the acquisition of Amoun Pharmaceuticals by Citigroup, Capital Group and Concord Consortium, various acquisitions by Ital Cementi among many others. Mr. Mostafa is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, The Arab Management Society.

Mr. El Shohdi is the President Middle East & Africa of Style Hotels International since1993 and since 2008 the Chairman & CEO of Style Image Management. Mr. El Shohdi holds keynote positions in charitable organizations such as being the CEO & Managing Director of the Egyptian Food Bank, one of the biggest NGOs in Egypt since 2006 and the Vice Chairman & CEO of the Egyptian Cure bank since. Mr. El Shohdi holds a BA in Commerce from Cairo University and MBA & a Ph.D. in Hotel Management, as well as a Diploma in International Arbitration.

Mr. Henna is the chairman of Vodafone Foundation and an independent Telecommunications consultant. Mr. Henna holds a strong track record in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry through his long experience with IBM Saudi Arabia and Vodafone Egypt. Mr. Henna holds a BSc in Engineering, Electronics & Communications from Cairo University. Mr. Henna was chosen as a member of Vodafone Global Research and Development Board and was selected as a member of the International WHO is WHO organization in 2003.
Omaima Saleh Board Member
Mrs. Saleh worked in Vodafone Egypt from 1999 till May 2013. She served as the Decision Support Technology Manager from 2005 to 2010 during which she Supported Vodafone Egypt in investigating , modeling and evaluating business cases including; Double I deal “Interconnect and Leased link ” with Telecom Egypt, Self Build Dark fiber. Before that, she was Decision Support Regulatory Manager during which she studied and evaluated the impact of Telecom Egypt, National Telecom Regulatory Affairs and MobiNil proposals on company targets (short-term and long-term) , New International interconnect rates agreement with National Telecom Regulatory affairs. Mrs. Saleh possesses big 4 accounting firms experience through working with KPMG Egypt from 1992 until 1997.MobiNil from 1998 until 1999. Mrs. Saleh is a member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors from November 1996., and an MBA holder from Eslsca University.
