Alpha Capital Financial Advisory is a “boutique investment bank” offering tailored quality advisory/financial services primarily in Egypt and GCC.
It all started in Year 2007, when the Chairman of the Capital Market Authority issued a decree to regulate financial advisory services under the umbrella of the Capital Market law.
Ahmed Mostafa, KPMG Egypt’s Head of Financial Advisory Services at that time, decided to establish Alpha Capital to become one of the anchor advisory services practices under the new regulations of the CMA.
Capitalizing on the business knowledge and experience of the founder, Alpha Capital was able to demonstrate its strong existence in the market from day one evidenced by the prestigious assignments awarded and executed in the first year of inception.
Since inception, Alpha Capital represented clients of various growing and complex sectors, in Egypt, and Saudi Arabia, and consulted them on strategic, financial and planning aspects of their businesses.
