Ms.Nabil received her B.Sc. in economics from the Faculty of Economics & Political Science (French Section) in 2002. Ms. Nabil received further her MBA in Finance in 2008 from Maastricht School of Management. Ms. Nabil has almost 6 years of experience in the financial advisory field through her current work as a VP in Alpha Capital and as a Senior Financial Analyst at First Capital Financial Advisory and as a Mergers and Acquisitions associate at Orion Intercap allowing her to research a wide variety of industries and carry out in depth analysis of the companies within, constructing a variety of valuation models, identifying investment recommendations, constructing necessary financial reports and organizing data rooms for due-diligence processes.
